Kasner & Associates ("K&A") is a national transactional tax management consulting, technology services firm founded in 2003.
After the passage of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act confirmed potential client conflicts within financial auditing firms providing both attest and tax consulting services, Kyle Kasner left the partnership of PricewaterhouseCoopers and founded Kasner & Associates to focus solely on transactional taxation consultations at the federal, state and local levels.
Since its beginnings, K&A has recovered state and Federal taxes on behalf of its clients in the tens of millions of dollars; K&A's client savings now average at least $10mm annually.
Our associates and strategic alliances bring over 100 years of state and local tax expertise to bear at bequest of our clients; much of our experienced gained working directly for state tax jurisdictions or "Big 4" public accounting/consulting firms.
